- The Laurels Dining Room is the hotel's main restaurant, located on the 1st floor, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A large and airy dining room, completely smoke free for your enjoyment; it overlooks the veranda. There is a daily set menu for guests on Half Board & Full Board basis. An a la carte menu is also available, including traditional and international dishes, as well as some vegetarian options. Special buffet menus are available for groups and special occasions. The Laurels Veranda located partially on a covered patio and on a long terrace shaded by century-old trees, where you may enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner or relax with a drink after a hard day of walking the nature trails or sightseeing, from May to October.
- The Robin's Nest is the perfect place perfect to enjoy your afternoon tea, an aperitif or a digestive in a relaxed and comfortable setting. During the winter months the fireplace adds extra warmth and charm to the atmosphere. Decorated with mementos of bygone times is a testimony of the former Pendeli.
- The Nightingales at the Lobby level, offers a wide selection of beverages and cocktails and all football games on a big screen. During the season buzzes with activity in the afternoon and evening hours.
- Pines Pool Bar Open in July & August, with thirst quenching non-alcoholic drinks, around the swimming pool. Serving a variety of ice creams for afternoon pick-me-ups.

Hotel Cancellation penalties:
1. In case of cancellation up to 16 days before the date of arrival, 20 EURO will be charged.
2. In case of cancellation later than 15 days and up to 8 days before the date of arrival, 40 EURO will be charged.
3. In case of cancellation later than 7 days and up to 4 days before the date of arrival, 50 % of the total price will be charged.
4. In case of cancellation later than 3 days and up to 0 days before the date of arrival, 100 % of the total price will be charged. |
